Age policy
Adults 21 and older. Confirmed at the door, checked again at handover.
The rule
Virgin Cannabis sells cannabis products only to adults 21 years of age and older. This applies in every state we operate in, without exception, and regardless of whether a state permits medical use at a younger age — we do not operate a medical programme.
How we check
- On entry. You confirm your age once when you arrive on the site. The confirmation is remembered on your device for 30 days and nowhere else. It is not linked to you, it is not sent to us, and clearing your browser data clears it.
- At handover. The driver or counter staff check a government-issued photo ID against the name on the order. We do not photograph, scan or store it.
There is deliberately no age or ID step buried in checkout. We ask at the door and then get out of the way; the check that actually matters is the one performed by a person, in front of you, holding the ID.
If you are under 21
Please do not attempt to buy from this site, and please do not ask an adult to buy on your behalf — supplying cannabis to a minor is a serious offence in every state, and it costs the person who does it their liberty and us our licence.
Keeping it away from children and pets
Store everything locked, out of reach and in its original child-resistant packaging. Edibles are the particular risk: they are designed to look like the confectionery they are modelled on, and a child cannot tell the difference.
If a child or animal has consumed a cannabis product, contact emergency services or a poison control centre immediately. In the United States, Poison Control is 1-800-222-1222 and the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center is 1-888-426-4435. Bring the packaging so they know the dose.
Marketing
We do not advertise where the audience is likely to include minors, we do not use characters, mascots or imagery designed to appeal to children, and we do not use influencers whose following skews young. Our own imagery shows plants, jars and adults.
